Now that your new, beautiful, durable, ceramic floor tile is stretching out before you, the next challenge is to keep it sparkling. Ceramic tiles, glazed or unglazed are practically easy to maintain. Keep in mind a few simple Do's and Don'ts, and you can enjoy years of pure clean ceramic pleasure.



Installation Guidelines
1 Ensure level and firm base which is free of voide 
2 The base should be consolidated before laying for heavy duty application areas like car parking etc.
3 Use bed Mortar of 20mm. thickness with 1:3 cement and sieved sand
4 Wherever adhesive mortars are used for laying, follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
5 2-3 mm joint is essential and use of spacers is recommended for uniformity in joints and better finish
6 Apply fine slurry on the back of the tile and ensure full and proper bedding.
7 Apply jointing material on the joints.
8 Immediate removal of residual cement or joining material by a wet sponge is essential.
9 Do not use sandpaper or broken tile to remove the residual cement mortar under any circumstances.
10 Allow minimum of 48-72 hours for curing-wash floor with water and mild detergent.
11 Tiling job should be done after completion of all interior work in order to avoid any damages.
